1、 Preparation before use

Carefully inspect the body, vacuum tube, dust brush, and other components of the explosion-proof dust pushing vehicle to confirm that there is no damage, deformation, or looseness. Pay special attention to whether the explosion-proof and certification marks are complete and clear. If any abnormalities are found in the equipment, it is prohibited to use it and professional maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for repair.

2、 Run operation

Connect the power or start the engine, press the start button, observe the operation status of the equipment, and confirm that there are no abnormal sounds or vibrations. Wait for the device to run stably before proceeding to the next step.

3、 Post use processing

Disconnect the power or turn off the fuel switch. After the equipment has completely stopped running and cooled down, clean the dust and debris on the dust brush, vacuum tube, dust box and other components. Special tools or compressed air can be used for cleaning to ensure that the inside and outside of the equipment are clean.
