Maintenance method of fog cannon

The fog cannon is easily corroded, which shortens its service life. Therefore, the following points should be noted in terms of maintenance: 

1. Before operation, operate according to the instructions, check and adjust the status of each component, lubricate the lubrication points, and keep the machine clean. 

2. After the operation, rinse and spray with clean water several times in time to clean the remaining liquid in the liquid tank, liquid pump and pipeline. Check whether the fog cannon has any faults and dry it. 

3. After the seasonal operation is over, the fog cannon can be stored for a long time. In addition to cleaning the machine body, the V-belt, spray hose, nozzle, mixer and water suction pipe and other components should be removed, rinsed and placed in a cool and dry place with the machine body. If it is a rubber product, it needs to be hung on the wall to avoid being squeezed and damaged. At the same time, it needs to be kept away from highly corrosive items such as fertilizers and pesticides to avoid rust damage.
